How do I manually import a Workout?
Better Workout currently doesn’t support adding workouts manually, but you can use the Apple Health app. It’s really easy!
Here’s how to do it:
- Open Apple Health app
- Tap on Browse
- Look for the search bar and type: Workouts
- Select Workouts row
- Tap on Add Data button
How to Enter Activity Data?
- Select Activity Type (i.e. Running)
- Enter Calories - You can get a rough estimate of calories burned by multiplying TOTAL MINUTES by 7.5 (i.e. 60 min x 7.5 = 450 calories)
- Enter Distance - may not apply to some activity types
- Enter Start and End Time
