How do I manually import a Workout?

Better Workout currently doesn’t support adding workouts manually, but you can use the Apple Health app. It’s really easy!

Here’s how to do it:
  1. Open Apple Health app
  2. Tap on Browse
  3. Look for the search bar and type: Workouts
  4. Select Workouts row
  5. Tap on Add Data button

How to Enter Activity Data?

  1. Select Activity Type (i.e. Running)
  2. Enter Calories - You can get a rough estimate of calories burned by multiplying TOTAL MINUTES by 7.5 (i.e. 60 min x 7.5 = 450 calories)
  3. Enter Distance - may not apply to some activity types
  4. Enter Start and End Time
